We want to keep Catapult free to enter.

Due to the enormous size of Catapult (3000 entries and up to 500 emails per day in 2011), we can no longer offer direct email or phone correspondence to artists to assist with uploading entries, adjusting information, removing entries or other issues.

If you must ask a question, please check our How to Win (FAQ) page first and Facebook Timeline discussions. Post a new thread on our Timeline if your question really hasn't been covered.

If you are unable to enter for any technical or other reason then we apologise, but please understand that for Catapult to continue to grow, we've had to make a tough decision to create a do-it-yourself environment for everyone. It can't remain free otherwise.

Artists now have complete control over their entries and information. Our newly designed systems allow all artists to add/modify/delete any/all information and entries at any stage of the contest. Just click the Manage My Artist Page link in the search section after you've entered.

If you have issues with creating or uploading a YouTube video entry, please check our How to Enter and How To Win sections. Ask a friend who is familiar with YouTube or just Google it. We can't provide technical advice on how to create YouTube pages or upload videos. It's all there for your reading..!
